Shallow Water and Anchor Snubbers

Let’s say 10ft of water and for simplicity the bow roller is 2ft above waterline. This means you need 60ft to get to 5 to 1 scope.

Does this mean you put out 60ft of chain and then apply the 30ft snubber, which means your circle will also become very large and your scope is greater than 5:1.

Or is it 30ft of chain and then the snubber of 30ft which gives you your 5:1 scope but you’ve got less chain out which is also not ideal?
